Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to CORNER BAKERY CAFE, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, six (6) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1121 N. State St
Said Awning(s) at N. STATE measure(s):
One (1) at seven (7) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of thirty-five (35) square feet. Said Awning(s) at N. STATE measure(s):
One (1) at twelve (12) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of sixty (60) square feet. Said Awning(s) at N. STATE measure(s):
One (1) at twelve point five (12.5) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of sixty-two point five (62.5) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at N. STATE measure(s):
One (1) at thirteen point five (13.5) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of sixty-seven point five (67.5) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at N. STATE measure(s):
One (1) at fourteen (14) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of seventy (70) square feet. Said Awning(s) at N. STATE measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-six (26) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of one hundred thirty (130) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Zoning Department -Signs.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
