Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 110 WEST SUPERIOR, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use five (5) Facade(s) (Metal Wall Cladding) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 110 W. Superior St
Said Facade(s) (Metal Wall Cladding) at W. Superior Street (South Elevation) measure(s):
One (1) at eighty point three two (80.32) feet in length, and one point seven five (1.75) foot in width for a total of one
hundred forty point five six (140.56) square feet.
Said Facade(s) (Metal Wall Cladding) at W.Superior Street (South Elevation) measure(s):
One (1) at one point nine two (1.92) foot in length, and one point seven five (1.75) foot in width for a total of three
point three six (3.36) square feet.
Said Facade(s) (Metal Wall Cladding) at W. Superior Street (North Elevation) measure(s):
One (1) at eighty point three six (80.36) feet in length, and one point seven five (1.75) foot in width for a total of one
hundred forty point six three (140.63) square feet.
Said Facade(s) (Metal Wall Cladding) at W. Superior Street (East Elevation) measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred thirty-nine point three four (139.34) feet in length, and one point seven five (1.75) foot in
width for a total of two hundred forty-three point eight five (243.85) square feet.
Said Facade(s) (Metal Wall Cladding) at W. Superior Street (West Elevation) measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred thirty-nine point three two (139.32) feet in length, and one point seven five (1.75) foot in width
for a total of two hundred forty-three point eight one (243.81) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1113242 herein granted the sum of nine hundred eighty-eight ($988.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
 
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public
