BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an order heretofore authorized through an aldermanic override, establishing residential permit parking zones in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following:

"4000 block of N. Hermitage Avenue (both sides), 8:00am to 11:00am, Monday through Friday, zone permit number 1741"

And inserting in lieu thereof

"4000 block of N. Hermitage Avenue (both sides), 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, zone permit number 1741"

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
