BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1: On behalf of the City of Chicago as licensor, the Commissioner of the Department of Fleet and Facility Management is authorized to execute a License Agreement with SitStayRead!, Inc., as licensee, governing access to space located at 2861 North Clark Street; such License Agreement to be approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel in substantially the following form:

LICENSE AGREEMENT

THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this
day of , 2014 (the "Commencement Date"), by and between THE
CITY OF CHICAGO, an Illinois Municipal Corporation and Home Rule Unit of Government (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor" or the "City"), and SIT STAY READ!, INC., an Illinois Not-for-Profit Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee").

RECITALS

WHEREAS, Licensor is the owner of the building located at 2861 North Clark Street which is comprised of approximately 26,969 square feet of space and is more commonly known as the Lakeview Neighborhood Health Center (the "Building"); and

WHEREAS, Licensee has requested access to approximately 1,192 square feet of office space located on the 1st floor of the Building as depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (the "Premises") together with non-exclusive access lo other common areas of the Building.
