City Council Hearing

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the municipal code of Chicago, the

Commissioner of Transportationis hereby authorized and directed to exempt Mr. Moshe Davis of 4900 Kenmore LLC, owner of the property at 4900 N. Kenmore Avenue, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.
