ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves an agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto, between the City of Chicago and the Illinois Nurses Association. The Mayor is authorized to execute that agreement.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon its passage/and approval.
