BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 (f) ofthe Code, the following address ranges are designated as buffer zones for a residential parking zone (Zone 109). The residents living in the following address ranges ofthe indicated streets are eligible to acquire a permit to park in the adjacent residential parking permit zone (Zone 109), as a result of insufficient available parking caused by that adjacent zone:

1805 West 23^rd Street

SECTION 2. This ordinance will be in full force and effect upon passage and publication.
