REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE ON ZONING LANDMARKS, AND BUILDING STANDARDS

 

 

Reporting for your Committee on Zoning, Landmarks, and Building Standards which a meeting was held on September 4, 2014, I beg leave to recommend that YOUR HONORABLE BODY PASS the following Ordinances transmitted herewith for the purpose of reclassifying the particular areas.

PAGE ONE CONTAINS TWO MAYORAL APPOINTMENTS AND TWO REAPPOINTMENTS. THE FIRST ONE IS APPOINTING LUCIANO PADILLA JR. AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF EXAMINERS OF MASON CONTRACTORS. THE SECOND ONE IS THE APPOINTMENT OF HENRY LEAHY AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF EXAMINERS OF MASON CONTRACTORS, THE THIRD IS A REAPPOINTMENT OF SAM TOIA AND SHEILA O'GRADY AS MEMBERS OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, AND THE THIRD IS THE REAPPOINTMENTS OF BYRON BRAZIER AND JOSE MALDONADO AS MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC BUILDING COMMISSION.

PAGE ONE ALSO CONTAINS A TEXT AMENDMENT REGARDING LARGE VENUE ENTERTAINMENT IN PMD'S.

PAGES ONE THRU NINE CONTAINS 33 MAP AMENDMENTS REGARDING LAND USE

PAGE NINE AND TEN CONTAINS VARIOUS APPLICATIONS FOR LARGE SIGNS, TWO LANDMARK FEE WAIVERS AND ONE LANDMARK DESIGNATION.

I move for PASSAGE of this report by the last most favorable roll call vote ofthe Committee on Finance with the same motion to reconsider.
