BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION I. The City Council hereby approves an agreement between the City of Chicago and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Council 31, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Mayor, is authorized to execute that agreement.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon its passage and approval.
