i Se It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
I SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to JERRY KLEINER, upon the terms and
i subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, Occupation of Space on the
I public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 19 E. 21 st Street. Existing occupation of space is located along
j the north/south public alley.
! Said Occupation of Space(s) at E. 21 ST ST measure(s):
i One (1) at two hundred thirty (230) feet in length, and twelve (12) feet in width for a total of two thousand seven
| hundred sixty (2760) square feet.

! Said alley is fenced off at each end. The alley is not used for any activity, except for garbage removal and business
| operations. The limited access is for security purposes, so as to prevent garbage dumping and criminal activities.
| The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and
i Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.

| Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of
i Planning and Development, Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development), and Department of
| Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
i
i This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required
i provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
i
| The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1113191 herein granted the sum of
J three thousand three hundred three ($3,303.00) per annum in advance.
| A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
