ORDERED,   That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the 3000 block of North Hamlin Avenue (address range 3002 - 3051) (both sides), Sunday through Saturday, during the hours of 6:00 pm through 6:00 am.
