PARKING METERS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 200 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish a parking meter area, as follows:
WARD PARKING METERS:
32 N. Racine Avenue; Amend Parking Meters ordinance, N. Racine Avenue (east side)
from W. Medill Avenue to W. Fullerton Avenue, by striking the above and inserting in lieu thereof: N. Racine Avenue (west side) from W. Medill Avenue to W. Fullerton Avenue; Parking Meters [02013-8936]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

To the President and Members of the City Council:
Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance to establish Parking Meters on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinances transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.
