ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICA GO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the'Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the Ml-1 Light Manufacturing Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 2-K in the area bounded by

South Kostner Avenue; the public alley north of and parallel to West 5^lh Avenue; a line 135.00 feet west of and parallel to South Kildare Avenue; West Lexington Street; South Kildare Avenue; and West 5^th Avenue

to those of an RS-3 Residential Single Unit (Detached House) District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
