BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-K in area bounded by

West Henderson Street; the alley next west of and parallel to North Kildare Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West Henderson Street; a line 75 feet west of and parallel to the alley next west of and parallel to North Kildare Avenue

to those of an RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.
