BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO



SECTION 1: Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing all the Residential Planned Development No. 1033 District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 4-E in an area bounded by:


a line 547.15 feet north of and parallel to East 18th Street; South Prairie Avenue; East 18th Street; the alley next west of and parallel to South Prairie Avenue,

to those of the DR-5 Downtown Residential District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.



SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from after its passage and due publication.
