ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 4-60-023 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the language struck through, as follows:

4-60-023 Restrictions on additional package goods licenses.

Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021(c), no additional package goods license shall be issued for the sale of alcoholic liquor, for any premises located in the following areas:

(25.29)—Qn-4-8* Street, from Loomis Street to Ashland Avenue; and on Bishop Street, between 18^th Street and 19^th Street.
