ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by designating as Pedestrian Streets with the appropriate symbols and indications the following street segments radiating out from the intersection of North Broadway, West Lawrence Avenue and North Racine Avenue on Maps No. 11-G and No. 13-G:
North Broadway right-of-way, between the centerline of West Ainslie Street and the centerline of West Leland Avenue;
West Lawrence Avenue right-of-way, between the centerline of North Maiden Street and the centerline of North Winthrop Avenue; and
North Racine Avenue right-of-way, between the centerline of North Broadway and the centerline of West Leland Avenue.
SECTION 2. Section 17-3-0503-E of Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by inserting the underscored language, as follows:
17-3-0503-E Pedestrian streets also radiate from the following six-corner intersections.
