BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for Martyr's on 7/06/2011, and printed upon page 3240 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago (see also Acct. No. 16032-1, Permit No. 1095849) is hereby amended by deleting the words:

"three point five (3.5) feet in length, nine point five (9.5) feet in height, and thirteen point five (13.5) feet above grade level"

and inserting in their place the words: "seven (7) feet in length, thirteen point five (13.5) feet in height, and ten (10) feet above grade level."

SECTION 2. This ordinance amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
