BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council on 10/3/2012 establishing a 15 Minute Loading Zone at 3826 N Ashland Ave through 02012-5072 (see SO2012-6561), be and the same is hereby repealed by striking there from, the following:

"N. Ashland Avenue (west side) from a point 289 feet south of W. Byron Street to a point 20 feet south thereof: 15 Minute Loading Zone, use flashing lights, 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, Tow Zone   12 01424591 [O2012 5072]"

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
