Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. That the ordinance amending Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago by reclassification of area shown on Map Number 8-K passed by the City Council on July 30, 2014 and printed on pages 86511 -- 86530 of the Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago is hereby corrected by deleting "Application Number 180311" appearing in the fourth printed line from the top of page 86511 and inserting in lieu thereof: "Application Number 18031" and also by deleting from the roll call the name: "Burke" appearing in the eighth printed line from the bottom of page 86511, changing the vote from 49 to 48 and inserting the following language immediately after the motion to reconsider the vote:

"Alderman Burke invoked Rule 14 of the City Council's Rules of Order and Procedure, disclosing that he had represented parties to this ordinance in previous and unrelated matters."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.
