PARKING METERS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 200 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and amend a Parking Meter area, as follows:
WARD PARKING METERS:
38 W. Irving Park Road; W. Irving Park Road (north side) from N. Lockwood Avenue to
N. Long Avenue; Parking Meters; and Repeal by striking Parking Meters, N. Austin Avenue; 3900-3999 N. Austin Avenue (east and west sides) [02014-5097]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

To the President and Members of the City Council:
Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance to establish and/or amend Parking Meters on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinances transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
