2 HOUR PARKING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install 2 Hour Parking Restriction signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

23      W. 53rd Street; W. 53rd Street (north side) from S. Keating Avenue to the first alley

west thereof; Two Hour Parking, 6:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday [02014-5864]

23      W. 53rd Street; W. 53rd Street (south side) from S. Cicero Avenue to S. Keating

Avenue; Two Hour Parking, 6:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday [02014-5891]

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

To the President and Members of the City Council:

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinances to establish and/or amend 2 Hour Parking Restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
