BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore previously passed by the City Council, which established a Rush Hour Parking Restriction - on West Belmont Avenue (ss) from North Kilboum Avenue to a point 675 feet west thereof; No Parking Tow Zone during Rush Hours, 7:00 a.m. -9:00 a.m., Monday- Friday, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in fiill force and effect upon its passage and due publication.
