ORDERED,   That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the 2800 block of North McVicker Avenue (address range 2815 - 2859) (both sides), Sunday through Saturday, during the hours of 5:00 pm through 8:00 am.
