BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS-3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indication as show on Map 9-L in the area bounded by
A line 172.57 feet north of and parallel to West Cornelia Avenue; a line 158 feet west of and parallel to North Cicero Avenue; West Cornelia Avenue; a line 189 feet west of and parallel to North Cicero Avenue.
to those of a Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
