MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS RESERVED (2% DISABLED) PARKING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1.  That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install Reserved Disabled Parking signs at the below listed locations:
 
 
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
 
23      5500 S. Nashville Avenue; S. Nashville Avenue (west side) from a point 20 feet south
of W. Archer Avenue to a point 10 feet south thereof; Reserved (2% Disabled) Parking, all times, all days - (12-02013122) [02012-7445]
 
 
 
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

To the President and Members of the City Council:
 
Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance to allow Reserved (2% Disabled) Parking on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinances transmitted herewith.
 
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
