BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 10-2(M30 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt The University of Chicago at 5700 S. Stony Island Ave. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.
