10944 S. Western Avenue - Facing Southeast Elevation

Dimensions: Length: 39'-9" Height: 3'-7" Height above grade / roof to top of sign: 12'-0" TOTAL SQUARE FOOR AREA: 142'-0"

Such sign (s) shall comply with all applicable provisions of Title 17 of the City of Chicago Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable provisions ofthe Municipal Code ofthe city of Chicago governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor sign, signboards and structures.
