ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, portions of the below named streets are hereby designated as residential permit parking zone, for the following location:

That the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing Residential Permit Parking Zone 1792 in the 36th Ward in the area with the following boundaries:

•   4014 to 4048 North Plainfield (even side ofthe street); 4017 to 4049 North Plainfield Avenue (odd side of the street); 4:00PM to 8:00AM, all days (Zone

1792)

Are hereby amended, and this Ordinance establishes that within the aforementioned boundaries, Residential Permit Parking Zone 1792, shall take effect upon passage and publication.
