DIRECT INTRODUCTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council establishing residential permit parking zones in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following:

"South Kolin Avenue      5000 block (from 5000 to 5046 and from 5001 to

5047 South Kolin Avenue) - 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday, Residential Permit Parking Zone Number 70."

And inserting in lieu thereof

"South Kolin Avenue      5000 block (from 5000 to 5046 and from 5001 to

5047 South Kolin Avenue) - on all days and at all times - Residential Permit Parking Zone Number 70."

SECTION 2.   This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
