BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1.  That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install Reserved Disabled Parking signs at the below listed locations:
 
 
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
9      S. Indiana Avenue; 11545 S. Indiana Avenue; Reserved (2% Disabled) Parking,
7:00am to 3:00pm, Sunday, Public Benefit [02014-8760]
 
25      1106 W. 18th Street; W. 18th Street (north side) from a point 70 feet west of S.
Carpenter Street to a point 20 feet west thereof; Reserved (2% Disabled) Parking, all times, all days, Public Benefit - (14-00680359) [02014-1592]
25      2017 S. Ashland Avenue; Amend Ordinance Passed 11/18/2009, journal page 76759,
which reads: S. Ashland Avenue (east side) from a point 89 feet north of W. 21st Street to a point 23 feet north thereof; Reserved (2% Disabled) Parking, 8:00am to 9:00am and 2:00pm to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, by striking 8:00am to 9:00am and 2:00pm to 3:00pm, and inserting in lieu thereof: all times, all days, Public Benefit -- (14-01314184) [02014-5899]
 
 
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance to allow Reserved (2% Disabled) Parking on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinances transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
