SECTION 1 That the City Zoning Ordinance by amended by changing all the Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-1 in area bound by
A LINE 96.53 FEET SOUTH OF AND PARALLEL TO WEST 60™ STREET; SOUTH KEDZIE AVENUE; A LINE 221.53 SOUTH OF AND PARALLEL TO WEST 60™ STREET; AND, THE ALLEY NEXT WEST OF SOUTH KEDZIE AVENUE
To those of an B3-1 Community Shopping District, and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.
SECTION 2 The ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
