BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B1-1 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-H in the area bounded by:

West Foster Avenue; a line parallel to and 56.41 feet east of the east line of North Francisco Avenue; a line parallel to and 125.00 feet north of the north line of the right of way of West Foster Avenue; and a line 206.41 feet east of the east line of the right of way of North Francisco Avenue

to those of RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
