BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION l. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 7-J in the area bounded by


A line 75 feet north of and parallel to West Barry Avenue; North Kimball Avenue; a line 25 feet north of and parallel to west Barry Avenue; the public alley next west of and parallel to North Kimball Avenue,


to those of an RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
