ALDERMANIC OVERRIDE

AMENDMENT TO A NO PARKING LOADING ZONE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council on July 30,

2014, printed on page 85735 of the Journal of Proceedings of said date, established a

No Parking Loading Zone on a portion of a designated street, be and the same is

hereby amended by striking the following:

West Armitage Avenue (south side) from a point 315 feet east of North Racine Avenue to a point 25 east thereof -- no parking loading zone --distance of 25 feet -- 5:00 P.M. to 10:00, P.M. -- Monday through Friday, 11:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. -- Saturday and 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. --Sunday.

and inserting in lieu thereof:

West Armitage Avenue (south side) from a point 283 feet east of North Racine Avenue to a point 32 feet east thereof -- no parking loading zone --distance of 32 feet -- 5:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. -- Monday through Friday, 11:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. -- Saturday and Sunday -- tow zone all other times.
