AMENDMENT TO A NO PARKING LOADING ZONE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council on August 3,

1994, printed on page 54300 of the Journal of Proceedings of said date, established a

No Parking Loading Zone on a portion of a designated street, be and the same is

hereby amended by striking the following:

West North Avenue (south side) from a point 110 feet east of North Cleveland Avenue, to a point 25 east thereof -- loading zone / tow-away zone -- 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 Midnight.

and inserting in lieu thereof:

West North Avenue (south side) from a point 110 feet east of North Cleveland Avenue, to a point 20 feet east thereof - loading zone / tow-away zone -- 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 Midnight.
