ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications on Map Number 7-L in the area bounded by:

West Diversey Avenue; a line 51.44 feet east of and parallel to North Leclaire Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West Diversey Avenue; and North Leclaire Avenue

to those of a B1-1, Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
