ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-1 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 16-N in the area bounded by

A line 199.9 feet east of and parallel to South Nashville Avenue; West 63^rd Street; a line 224.9 feet east of and parallel to South Nashville Avenue; the public alley next south of and parallel to West 63^rd Street,

to those of an RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
