SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE - A8065

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS1 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 22-H in the area bounded by

South Vanderpoel Avenue; West 93 ^rd Street; the public alley next southwest of and parallel to South Vanderpoel Avenue; the east boundary line of the CRI & P Railroad right-of-way (Metra Line) starting at a point 323.85 feet north of the north line of West 93^rd Street [as measured from the East boundary line of the CRI & P Railroad right-of-way (Metra Line)] and ending at a point at the intersection of the southwest boundary line of South Vanderpoel Avenue; and the east boundary line of the CRI & P Railroad right-of-way (Metra Line),

to those of a POS-2 Parks and Open Space District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
