ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing the current M2-2 Light Industry District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 7-K in the area bounded by:

the east line of the right-of-way of the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railroad; a perpendicular line drawn from a point 320 feet north of the north line of W. Fullerton Avenue as measured along the east line of the right-of-way of the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railroad to a point 303 feet north of the north line of W. Fullerton Avenue as measured along the west line of the right-of-way of the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railroad; the west right-of-way line of the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railroad; and W. Fullerton Avenue

to the designation of a T (Transportation) District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
