CITY COUNCIL November 19, 2014

ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9-12-070, the maximum speed Limit on:

Archer Avenue ( both directions), between South Ashland Avenue and South Halsted Street

shall be 30 miles per hour

SECTION 2. The Commissioner of Transportation shall install appropriate signs to indicate the speed limit indicated in Section 1 of this ordinance.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
