AMEND - TRAFFIC LANE - TOW/AWAY ZONE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.

Repeal ordinance passed 10-8-04, page 38995 which reads N. Dearborn St. (ws) fap 70' north of W. Maple St. tap 19' north thereof -15 Minute Standing Zone, Use Flashing Lights - 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., Monday thru Saturday/Tow Zone by striking the above 10-01784202 (PO2010-5872) (42^nd Ward);

SECTION 2.

Repeal ordinance passed 2-5-03, page 103813 which reads E. Walton St. (ns) fap 100' east of N. State St. tap 20' east thereof -15 Minute Standing Zone, Use Flashing Lights - 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M., Monday thru Friday and 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Saturday and Sunday - Tow Away Zone (02-02024380) (42^nd Ward);

SECTION 3.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
