ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is

hereby amended by changing all of the RS3 Single Unit Detached House District symbols and

indications as shown on Map No. 5-J in the area bounded by

West Wabansia Avenue; the public alley next east of North Drake Avenue; a line 100 feet south of the south line of West Wabansia Avenue; North Drake Avenue; a line 50 feet south of the south line of West Wabansia Avenue; a line 123 feet east of the east line ofNorth Drake Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
