BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend Two (2) Hour Parking Restriction Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
45 N. Milwaukee Avenue; N. Milwaukee Avenue (west side) from W. Addison Street to
N. Kenneth Avenue; Two Hour Parking, 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday (13-01868249) [02013-5417]
49 7461-7467 N. Marshfield Avenue; N. Marshfield Avenue (east side) from a point 10
feet south of N. Rogers Avenue to the first alley south thereof; Two Hour Parking, 8:00am to 6:00pm, All Days - (14-00427139) [02013-6500]
SECTION 2. and publication.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) to establish and/or amend Two (2) Hour Parking Restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
