BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Ml-1, Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 11 -K in the area bounded by




West Montrose Avenue; the public alley next east of and parallel to Cicero Avenue; the public alley next south of and parallel to West Montrose Avenue; and a diagonal line commencing 56.90 feet east of the public alley next east of and parallel to Cicero Avenue and extending southeasterly and ending at a point 100.73 feet east of the public alley next east of and parallel to Cicero Avenue,


to those of a C2-3 Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District. SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.303

4739 W. Montrose, LLC (the "Owner") holds title to the property located at 4739 West Montrose Avenue, Chicago, Illinois (the "Property"). Harborside Illinois Grown Medicine, Inc. (the "Applicant") intends to file an application to rezone the Property from the Ml-1, Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District, to the C-2, Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District, and thereafter commence a use consistent with the regulations governing said C-2 District (the "Application"). The Owner hereby authorizes the Applicant to file and pursue approval of said Application.
