MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS ONE (1) HOUR PARKING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend One (1) Hour Parking Restriction signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

36      N. Harlem Avenue; N. Harlem Avenue (east side) from W. Grand Avenue to W. Altgeld

Street; One Hour Parking, 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday - (14-0728898) [02014-7658]

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) to establish and/or amend One (1) Hour Parking Restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) submitted herewith.
