ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY'COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe Residential-Business Planned Development No. 994 District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 10-D in the area bounded

by

A line 260.4 feet north of and parallel to East 47 Street; South Drexel Boulevard; East 47^th Street; the public alley next west of and parallel to South Drexel Boulevard,

to those of an RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
