ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-3 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-G in the area bounded by

A perpendicular line to North Sheffield Avenue that is 165 feet south of and parallel to West Waveland Avenue; the public alley next east of and parallel to North Sheffield Avenue; a perpendicular line to North Sheffield Avenue that is 255 feet south of and parallel to West Waveland Avenue; North Sheffield Avenue,

to those of an RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
