ORDINANCE
THE EDGE LOFTS AND TOWER Acct. No. 248243 - 2 Permit No. 1116055

Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to THE EDGE LOFTS AND TOWER, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, forty-eight (48) Balcony(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 210 S. Desplaines St
Said Balcony(s) at S. DES PLAINES measure(s):
Twenty-four (24) at fourteen (14) feet in length, and three point eight three (3.83) feet in width for a total of one thousand two hundred eighty-six point eight eight (1286.88) square feet.
Said Balcony(s) at W. Adams St. measure(s):
Twenty (20) at twelve (12) feet in length, and three point eight three (3.83) feet in width for a total of nine hundred nineteen point two (919.2) square feet.
Said Balcony(s) at W Quincy St measure(s):
Four (4) at eight point five (8.5) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of one hundred seventy (170) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1116055 herein granted the sum of three thousand six hundred ($3,600.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
