Ordinance
WHEREAS, On November 19, 2014, the City Council of the City of Chicago adopted an ordinance entitled "Submission of Final Statement of Objectives and Projected Use of Funds for Community Development Block Grant Year XLI, as Amended" (the "Year XLI CDBG Ordinance"); and
WHEREAS, The City, through the Office of Budget and Management, desires to reallocate $63,000 in funding currently categorized under "Administrative and Monitoring," and reallocate it to "Community Assistance Program," a delegate agency under the Workforce Service Program administered by the Department of Family and Support Services; and "Seeds Center of Maple Park U.M.," a delegate agency under the Housing Service Technical Assistance Program administered by the Department of Planning and Development; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The above recitals are expressly incorporated into and made a part of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. The Year XLI CDBG Ordinance, as amended, is hereby further amended by striking the words and figures and adding the words and figures indicated in Exhibit A attached hereto.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and approval.
